16 oz Tuna steak, cut into 4 portions
8 cups Mixed green (5 oz package)
1 (11 oz) can mandarin orange slices drained (about 3/4 cup)

And our special ingredient:

Grilled Tuna with Pomegranate Vinaigrette

Servings: 4


1. Marinate tuna in 2 Tbsp of Dulci Pomegranate Vinaigrette for about 20 minutes.

2. Heat grill pan. Drain tuna and place on grill pan. Grill first side about 4 minutes. Turn and grill second side to desire doneness.

3. Toss greens with the Dulci Pomegranate Vinaigrette to taste. Divide among 4 dinner plates. Top with grilled tuna and garnish with Mandarin orange slices.

You can use chicken, turkey or lean pork instead of tuna.
