1/2 cup carrots peeled and sliced
1/4 cup red onion sliced
1/2 cup garbanzos beans
1/2 cup red pepper sliced
1/2 cup cauliflower florets

And our special ingredient:

Pickled Vegetable Salad

Servings: 4


1. In a large pot add 8 cups of water and bring it to a boil.

2. Add the pepper, carrots and cauliflower and cook for 3 minutes.

3. Strain out the water. Place it in a separated bowl and mix it with the rest of the ingredients including the Dulci Pickled Dressing. Toss well.

4. Place in the fridge overnight. Strain off the liquid the next day and enjoy.
