Tequila Lime Glaze with Seared SalmonServings: 4![]() Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. 2. Place the Dulci Tequila Glaze in a small pan on medium heat until warm. Place the olive oil in a large saute pan over high heat. When the oil is smoking, slowly add the salmon being careful not to splash yourself with hot oil. Sear the salmon for 2 minutes. Flip with a spatula again being careful of the hot oil. Brush some Dulci Tequila Lime Glaze on the salmon and place it in the pre- heat oven. Cook for 3 to 6 minutes in the oven depending in how you would prefer the salmon cut.
