3.3 oz all purpose flour
3.3 oz whole wheat flour
0.1 oz baking powder
0.8 oz organic butter
5.3 oz low fat milk

In a bowl combine all purpose flour, whole wheat flour and baking powder. Mix well. Cut in the butter so it resembles coarse bread crumbs. Stir in the milk just until moistened. Turn out onto a floured surface and kneed 10 times. Roll to 3/4 in thickness and cut with a 2 inch cookie cutter. Place on un-greased baking sheet and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on the sheet tray for 30 minutes. Place the heavy cream in a bowl and whip with a whisk until stiff peaks form. Cut the biscuits in half and divide the whipped heavy cream and Dulci Sweet Summer Strawberries between 4 bowls.
